I'm in the same boat!! I'm just trying to keep DD away from her brother (he's 6 wks old). Also - she is not allowed to get in his face or kiss him anywhere except on his feet (bit this is the general rule anyway).
Good luck and congratulation!!

Re: Sick toddler and a newborn??
That's the worst! So sorry... Wash hands every few mins! After you touch either LO, you up your vitamin C's, if you are breastfeeding it may help, keep the baby high up... No bouncy on the floor. Put the baby in the PnP, crib or any place where your toddler can't reach or go by the baby, spray and use Lysol wipes on everything... Toys, phone, etc. maybe I'm a germ nut, but it seems to help. In this weather keep the windows open. Lots of fresh air is good and keeps the germs out instead on staying in th house.
Hope it works out and your toddler feels better soon!
