Sick mommy....
I never, ever get sick. I always assumed being a teacher, my immune system was built up. The most I ever get is a cold/sinus infection. I woke up today feeling achy, chills and no appetitive. I just took my temperature and I have a fever already! I'm freaking out because I have a 3 month old. What do you do when you are sick?? I'm so afraid of passing whatever I have to her.

Sick mommy....
Wash hands, wash hands, wash hands, and try not to breathe on her. Is it possible to have someone else care for her today?

Re: Sick mommy....
This happened to me the night before dd baptism. She was around 10-11 weeks old. She never got sick and I was breast feeding her so there was no way to avoid being around her. Just wash your hands a lot and try to rest if you can to beat it. Also I feel like excessive water consumption cures like 75p of all problems.

If you're Bfing, the antibodies should protect her. If not, try to stay away. Wash hands like crazy. Try to get someone to cover for you if you can.

Re: Sick mommy....
My parents took her yesterday afternoon once I started running a fever and realized it wasn't something minor. (DH was working over time). DH has had her all day and I've been confined to the bedroom. Praying she doesn't catch it. I went to premiere care and tested negative for flu, but they said its a flu-like virus. I had 102.8 last night. Luckily nothing so far tonight. Hopefully it will be gone by tomorrow! Her baptism is this weekend so I'm so nervous for any of my close family to catch it- and of course for her to catch it at any time!
