OMG I'm so sick...everything hurts...every muscle in my body. My throat, my head...aughhhh. Plus I'm freezing cold!! Is there a flu going around?

I think everyone is getting sick because the weather is so nice one day and so cold the next....our bodies can't keep up with all the weather changes.

Could be just a bad cold or sinus infection- do you have a fever? If you don't have a fever, odds are it's not the flu. . . . Be sure to relax whenever you get a chance . . . .Feel Better!

I got sick the first night of my convention. I had no cold medicine with me and my only relief was trading my halls for his sudafeds with the executive director.
I finally got some stuff on Monday and it's all starting to go away. I finally feel a little bit more normal and can talk for more then 3 minutes without having to cough.
My entire office has it. One lady has a sever case of bronchotis and we dont know when she's coming back
