Shower = Vomit
Anyone else vomit every time they get out of the shower? Just me?
I went THREE days without a shower because I didn't want to puke again. I've tried different water temps but every time I shower, I step out, feel lightheaded and then nauseous.
Anyone else? What do you do about it?

Maybe try gettign a shower stool and sitting to shower...it sounds like you are having low Blood pressure issues which will cause teh dizziness and nausea.....

For me I have to take very quick showers, otherwise I get overheated and feel lightheaded. 1,2,3 I'm in and out. I save shaving and things like that for weekends or nights I take a relaxing bath. Sorry DH!

Yes....I get so sick from showering too...My husband told me because they are too hot..I have tried making it cooler but I just come out weak and drained. I usually go get some water and something little to eat and it helps.
I piece of toast....or fruit...something like that. Are you jumping out of bed and showering right away?

id say make sure the bathroom door is opened to vent out the steam better

I was just going to say the same thing. I did gagg alittle when it got really hot in the bathroom while taking a shower during my first trimester.
