shower curtain? How do I create this look

I want to do a double swag in our guest bathroom.
Do I need 2 bars?
Do I need a liner?
Thanks for the help!

Yes you will need 2 bars. One decorative one for the front 2 curtains and one for the liner in the back Chat Icon

not necessarily. you can hang the liner on the same bar - you have to put that on first. but it will not create this look.

IMO, this picture was meant for show, not function since you need a liner.

I have a double bar up in my bathroom and it looks exactly like the picture above. For the liner to function and move completely out of the way behind the curtains I would think you need 2 bars. That's what works for me Chat Icon

I thought it would need 2 bars.
I was thinking about it and I might be able to just 1. I think I would prefer the liner to be closed, so you don't actually see into the tub when no in use. If there was the few occasions someone might actually use it, they could just push the liner aside and enter.

99.9% of the time it's just show.
I think even if we were to have guests, they would use the upstairs shower anyway.

This is for the main level guest bathroom that "day" guests would use, so I want it to look nice.
