No dont delete it. I sold something to someone online and I had a family thing I was dealing with and I still went to post office. It was a pain in the neck and I even thought to myself I shouldnt have sold it at that time. But went to mail it precisely because I was motivated by the possibility of a negative review. I even spent an extra $7 out of pocket to get it there.

Point being no dont remove it. Its part of doing business. And who knows if that is how she gets out of her negative reviews is by privately emailing ppl and giving them this story. I am as compassionate as they come but the purpose of the review is to help others make an educated choice about working with someone.
