Should I call the doctor?
I usually have a pretty regular period (27-29 days every month...never miss). I am 3 days late, with no AF symptoms (except boob swelling, fatigue, slightly increased appetite, and a twinge here and there that I don't know would even qualify as a cramp). I tested, yet again, this morning (not the first urine) and of course it was negative (as it has been since 11 DPO). I am not sure if I am just super sensitive this month since it's our first time TTC. How long would you wait w/o a BFP before you would call your OB?

Re: Should I call the doctor?
I would wait for a few days at least. I always had normal cycles then started with long cyles when we started TTC. The dr said its normal. I would wait at least a week and see what happens. If you feel better call you dr and ask them what they think. Good Luck!!

Re: Should I call the doctor?
Stress could play a very big factor on AF not coming. How long have you been keeping track of your cycle? Call your dr it cannot hurt. Ask if you can have a blood test done. You never know!

I'd wait until I was at least a week late.. probably 2 before really being concerned if you weren't tracking ovulation by use of OPKs, CBEFM, etc.

Re: Should I call the doctor?
That happened to me last month. I had very regular 28/29 day cycles and in Jan I went 36 days. It is very frustrating and annyoing, but I would wait about another week before you called the doctor. Your body is probably just in a "funk" for whatever reason.

I agree with this!! I've never really had an issue with AF, however I've been udner a HUGE amount of stress for the past few months. AF has been all over the place since then and my doc thinks it is stress-related.
