short term disability-Please help
Hey! Question I have two jobs. I plan on going on short term disability with my full time but while I am on it I was going to teach college classes at night (just 1 or 2). Can I do that? I was not sure if I coould collect short term while working part time

i dont believe so. but i would call your insurance company to double check. my company had me fill out tons of papers from my doc explaining the length of time i was out and why and exact dates, etc.

As far as I know you can not. My friend wanted to do the same thing and was told the only way to do that is to work off the books.

I believe it's an insurance liability and that you can't. If you are collecting disability it's because you are disabled for a specific amount of time.

I actually was on disability from my job when pregnant and felt guilty and bored so tried to get a less stressful desk type job until I found out my disability would be revoked.
