Short Luteal Phase Concerns
Hi gals,
I'm hoping that you can help me out on this one! I get a  OPK on CD 17/18 and AF on CD 28 or 29 (sometimes 30). That would mean that my luteal phase is only about 10 days, right?
I have my yearly appointment w/my OB/GYN in December. What is she going to suggest or say?

I have heard that taking B6 helps lengthen the luteal phase!! I would try that!!

i also ovulate around cd 17/18 of a 26 day cycle.
your dr my want to check your progestrone levels.
