Short Luteal Phase
I know they say your LP doesn't change (at least that's what I've read) but I'm starting to think I might have a short LP. Like 10-11 days?
Can they test for this?
What can I do to lengthen it that actually works?

I have a short one, mine is usually 11 days. I was able to get pregnant with DS so I don't think it is really an issue for me, unless it gets much shorter. I have heard taking B6 helps lengthen it. I think if it's short as in 7 or 8 days you would need to talk to your OB about it.

Yeah I've had 2 pregnancies so I don't think it's an issue but I also don't think I've ever had a short LP before, that's why I'm confused. I was always a 28-30 day cycle and now I'm averaging 25 days.
