I am DEFINITELY getting those high tops
You can also do funky tights with the silver bling high tops that are on TCP website too!! You want her to look funky/cute but also "put together", kwim?

With the white sweater dress, you could use the same dark denim jacket that we are using for the other dress (I'll concede silvery flats with the denim jacket).
I would use accessories like these with the white dress/denim jacket combo:
A pink flower hair clip like this
These bright pink tights from TCP
And the pink converse from Target.

Since you are aren't able to do the wild shoes, I would go for wild tights. I like the stripe ones you posted.
