She's Here with a vengance...
And I have never been happier! I am only on on CD 62 and if that sounds like a long time to you, the last cycle was 98 days long so this is more than a month sooner than the last one. Maybe they will start to even out now. Unfortunately I am experiencing cramps like I HAVE NEVER had before. So painful. If I wasn't spotting I would think there was something seriously wrong with me. Now - lets hope that she lasts the normal time frame.

Good luck!  Cramps are the worst. I used to get horrible cramps before I was on BCP, and then no cramps at all while I was on it. Now that I"m off I'm wondering if the cramps will return. Going to stock up on tylenol and heating pads just in case. Feel better!

I totally believe it. I started taking Vitex ever since last cycle, although I haven't taken it as religiously as I should have. Not sure if it helped but it is a good sign.
Of course I was spotting this morning a bit, and unbelievably crampy and now no more spotting, but still cramps. So I am hoping this is just the beginning.

yay!!!!!!
whwnever i use to get those bad bad cramps after a long cycle i use to yell she si aking up for last month when she never came
heating pad and laying in the fetalposition worked best for me
feel better and yay for a new cycle
