I have it.....DH bought it for me at Costco and I love it!
There are sooooo many different attachments.
It does take a bit longer to produce steam than the mop does

DH's aunt has one and was telling me that she LOVES it! she gave us her roomba because she has 5 cats and she spent more time cleaning it than using it. so i guess the shark works really well with pets too!
