Re: Shall we do a board Check In?

I am 8w 2d...39 yo, I will be 40 in 5 weeks and pregnant with my first baby!
I am due November 4.

I have a sono next Friday and my ultrascreen is scheduled for 4/25, I have to make calls to do genetic testing.

I am high risk...dr. said no flying, so my 40th birthday cruise is out! I am hoping to get a weekend here or there.

Still nervous, I will probably feel better in a few weeks, after I am out of the first trimester.

Re: Shall we do a board Check In?

I am 6 weeks, 2 days, at least by my calculations. My first doctor's appointment is 4/14 and I wish it would get here already so we can make sure everything is okay so far. Trying to keep busy so I don't think of it too much, but the constant nausea and major exhaustion makes that rather difficult. Can't wait to see my baby bean in a couple of weeks! Re: Shall we do a board Check In?

Hi ladies,

I will be 14 weeks tomorrow. I have my next sono on April 8th, and sooo looking forward to when we can find out the sex.

Feeling pretty good...still have some occasional morning sickness and not as tired as before.

As soon as we find out the sex we plan on registering so I am looking foward to that!

Re: Shall we do a board Check In?

Hi everyone! I love reading all these updates!

I am 17 weeks tomorrow (I cannot believe it). We have our next sono April 7th and we will be finding out. After that it's nursery plans, time to order the furniture, and registry. I am so excited!!!!! I have been feeling great! I still get tired and I like my naps but might as well enjoy that luxury now.

Glad to hear most of us are feeling good and doing well. Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: Shall we do a board Check In?

I too just celebrated a birthday.......I turned 33 yesterday (March 26th).

Anyway, I am now 14 weeks along and into the 2nd trimester which is awesome!! All those annoying symptoms such as the complete and shear exhaustion have all but disappeared which is great!!

I had my Ultra Screen a little over a week ago and everything looked good as far as the sono was concerned. I am just waiting on the blood results which I am sure will be fine too. No more sonos now until 20 weeks.......that will be a long wait!! I have my next regular OB appt. in a week.

I am wearing maternity pants now which I love and it seems like whatever baby bump I am starting to have is pushing my fluff out so I do look like something is going on now. I bought a few new tops for the spring which are really cute and comfy.

All and all I feel good and more relaxed. I started my registry and we're starting the nursery too so everything is moving along nicely. I could not be happier!!!!

Re: Shall we do a board Check In?

I'm 13.5 weeks.... I feel pretty good. I got my teeth cleaned today (no sightings of gingivitis, which is good). My digestion has been really off since last night. (TMI alert).... I had lots of painful gas last night and indigestion today Chat Icon . I feel very tired since eating lunch. I suspect this could be due to leftover easter cake I had last night Chat Icon Everything else I ate was extremely fresh.....

our next appt is on 4/8.... I hope we get a sono, and maybe tell us if Crumb is a Chat Icon or a Chat Icon

Re: Shall we do a board Check In?

I am 31 weeks and feeling pretty good. I am starting to get tired now again and I find my legs getting very tired by the end of the day. I had my sono on Monday and am happy to say the baby is growing developing at a normal rate. The baby is actually big, 3 pounds, 7 ounces.

I have my luncheon this Sunday and I am so excited for it. It will be nice to start getting some things so that we can get everything together. I have another check up next week. I just started experiencing some Braxton Hicks contractions recently and this baby sure does like to kick and move.

Still haven't decided if I'm going for the scheduled c-section or if I'm going to try the VBAC. My doctor is all for the VBAC but I'm nervous about it.

Glad to hear everyone is doing great and happy birthday to those that just celebrated!!!

Re: Shall we do a board Check In?

I'm 28 weeks today and have been feeling good. I failed my 1 hr. GTT but passed the 3 hr GTT!!!! I have my growth sono on 4/11 (and hope to get more 3D pics then), my 5 year wedding anniversary on 4/12 and my shower on 4/13! People are coming from out of town so it will be a very busy weekend, but a great one!

The nursery was painted and the hardwoods didn't need to be redone. The furniture was delivered last weekend and it's beautiful! I'm just waiting for the glider from BBB.

Re: Shall we do a board Check In?

Hi girls!!!
I'm only 4 weeks and had bloodwork done the beginning of the week to confirm bfp! This is our 1st and we are very excited and nervous at the same time about doing everything right over the coming months. Overall so happy to be pregnant and can't wait to tell everyone.

So far having some nausea in the earlier part of the day and find myself needing to snack througout the day to help not feeling sick.

I changed OBGYN's and am meeting him this weekend
Look forward to chatting with everyone!Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: Shall we do a board Check In?

33 weeks here and still feeling pretty good. My hips and tailbone are sore and I am starting to get very tired again, but not much to complain about. I am still keeping up with my prenatal yoga which helps with the aches and pains. I am up 40 lbs as of last week, and I really want to try to keep the weight gain total 50 lbs or less. So I am not eating any more snickers bars!

Re: Shall we do a board Check In?

I am 14 weeks tomorrow. I still need to take my Zofran, but now only once or twice a day.

I was bedridden for about 6 weeks, and then got pneumonia, but am feeling a lot better now.

My DD, Ava will be 4 in July, and this baby is due Sept 25. It will be repeat c-section, so he/she will be here 10-14 days before that.

I took the Intelligender Gender Test two times, and both times it said boy. So, he will probably be Brody or Makai. I love Owen, but Dh says it makes him think of "Throw Mama from The Train."

My ultra screen came back great. They said that my numbers were those of a twenty year old (I just turned 35). I am going for the genetic sonogram on April 10th, hopefully we can find out the sex.

I also switched ob's and love the new practice. I will be delivering this baby at Southside, getting my tubes tied and praying for a private room.

I will be having a shower, but don't need big ticket items, I still have most of Ava's stuff. I also decided on the room decor. I will paint the walls a tannish color, solid red and chocolate brown bedding, with Sock Monkey accessories.

I also already had my 1 hour glucose test at about 8 weeks. I had to have it early, because Ava was soo big.

Good Luck to all!!

P.S.

Just wanted to add, I booked our "BabyMoon" yesterday. Well, it's more like our last vacation as a family of three.... It is a 6 day cruise out of New York. It stop in Pt Canavral, Grand Bahama Island and Nassau. It is Ava's first cruise. I don't know if she really gets it, but she knows it is a boat and says that she is going to look for Ariial and Ursula The Sea Witch in the ocean!
I will be 20/21 weeks. Def not wearing a bathing suit, I'll probably get a few cute cover ups..

I am 39 wks and almost 6 days. I am due March 29.

Part of me is ready and part of me isn't, I go back and forth.

Physically, I overall feel good, however it is hard to sleep now and turning from one side to another is tough.
