The acupuncture, that is, because even last night, at my weekly therapy, my therapist commented about 4 times on how I was so remarkably "grounded" and refreshed last night 
So thank you all for recommending it to me!

Yeah!!! It really really relaxes me too. Though I'm not sure if its the acupuncture or just the 20 -30 minutes of laying down with nothing to do, no where to go and calming music. I may go forever...

Wow, that's great. I've been thinking of going too. I heard there was a recent study which proves that acupuncture improves the success of IVF. Interesting!
