September 09 mommies.. how big are all your LO's?
Madison was 22 lbs at her 6 month visit.. still EBF and refusing to eat solids lol.
Just wondering how big all the September babies are and how they are doing with eating solids!
It seems like Madison wants to eat whatever I'm eating but will NOT eat baby food!
She is pulling to stand in her crib and scoots herself wherever she wants to go.. not quite crawling yet though!

Re: September 09 mommies.. how big are all your LO's?
Joey was 21 lbs at our last visit. She is a boobie baby, and doing okay on solids. She only likes pureed things, if I don't run it through the magic bullet, she gags. She is about to take off with crawling, until then there is a a lot of falling, and smacking her face She recently started using dada appropriately. She rolls to get what ever she wants, and a little bit of scooting. My fav is that she learned peek a boo last week and is so proud of herself every time we play, she laughs every time she pulls fabric over her head. She is getting so big so fast!
Joey was born 9/30

DD was 19 lbs at her 6 month visit. She is progressing nicely in terms of eating both jar food and actual table food. So far she has had the following as table food: pineapple blueberries raspberries cantaloupe chicken squash turkey salmon strawberries peas green beans string cheese bread
She can sit up, and roll in both directions. She can't get herself into a sitting position yet, but is trying. She said Hiiiiiiiiiiiiii yesterday for the first time. It was to her brother when he woke up from his nap.

Re: September 09 mommies.. how big are all your LO's?
Dd is 8 months old. She is Breast fed and about 21lbs and already in 12 months clothes. She is off the charts for height and about 75-80% for weight. She eats 3 meals a day but no baby food. She never took to the purees. She has preferred feeding herself from the beginning. Her favorite food is chicken nuggets with cheese being a close second. She is starting to crawl but for now it's just backwards she rolls both ways, claps and waves. She just seems to be picking things up much faster than ds did. Yesterday she scooted over to the couch and pulled herself up. After which she tried to let go and walk away. I caught her and then reminded her she doesn't know how to walk yet

DS was 19lbs at his 6 month visit & does not return until the end of June. I would guesstimate he is about 22-25lbs now. He has significantly decreased his intake on formula from 35oz to 20oz. He is MUCH more interested in solid & table food. He eats all the first & second foods (minus meats) & the following table food: watermelon cantloupe mac & cheese chicken bagels waffles string beans ice cream & pops bread cheese

DD had a dr. appt today and she is 17lbs and 27.25 inches. she was only 6lbs 1oz when she was born. her growth has been consistent, she's just on the smaller side. she gets both BF and formula, and loves solids. we will probably start table food this week.

DS is about 22 lbs now. He has his 9 month visit at the end of June. He doesnt like solids just yet. Ive noticed DS watches me when I eat my food like he wants to take a bite LOL! He is starting to pull himself up from his knees. He also is on all fours rocking himself. He definitely wants to move around. We just came back from Disney and he had so much fun!!

Re: September 09 mommies.. how big are all your LO's?
I'm not sure what DS weighs, I'm a horrible mommy I don't remember what he was at his 6 months appt and his next appt is his 9 month, which is in the beginning of June. I would guess he's a little over 20lbs. He LOVES food. He eats 3 meals a day and BF's 4x a day. We started table foods recently, and he loves to feed himself scrambled eggs, cheerios and tofu cubes. He isn't crawling yet but he is able to get where he wants to on his belly! He's almost gotten on his knees, I think it's coming real soon! He loves to stand but is not pulling to stand yet. He has 2 teeth. I can't believe how the time is flying

Re: September 09 mommies.. how big are all your LO's?
Sam only 17lbs. They were a little worried about his weight gain this month because he is still spitting up SO much, and he only gained 4 oz in a month - but it looks like that is starting to increase again so they are waiting to see what he weighs at 9 months before they worry.
He loves anything to do with applesauce - mix ANYTHING with it and he'll eat it. He has also taken an interest in table food so I have been giving him some soft table food as well. He is still on 4 bottles a day - and has been holding it on his own since about 4-5 months.
He is extremely physical and has been crawling since 6 months, he standing (holding on), and is starting to cruise a little too. I am also a little surprised at the "words" he is using. He says abba all the time when my husband gets home (thats what we call him) and he has crawled over to my daughter multiple times and said "aya" (her name is talia).
Sometimes I think he hasn't gained much weight because he is ALWAYS moving...and quickly!!!

Re: September 09 mommies.. how big are all your LO's?
Hi All! Olivia is doing great! She's always been long & lean. Just shy of 16lb at 6 month check up but 29" long! She's eating 3 meals a day and loves everything I make for her. Still not a huge bottle lover though and more often now during the day I give her formula in her sippy, which she loves. She is also obsessed with water. Olivia is 8 months today and I'm going to start her on dairy & meat/ protein. She's really into feeding herself now, so I'm trying to make her food with more texture and give things she can self feed. She's crawling & cruising so thank goodness her naps are finally longer than 30 minutes!! Here's a pic from the park last week

Re: September 09 mommies.. how big are all your LO's?
Logan was almost 17 lbs and 28 1/2 inches at his 7 month visit - we go for his 9 month in a couple of weeks. He's consistantly been near the 75th percentile for height but 10-25th for weight.
He likes almost everything we've trid to feed him. It's mostly purees though I'm trying to make them with a little more texture to them now. He loves Cheerios and really loves Baby MumMums. He's finally almost got his front bottom teeth in now. Image Attachment(s):
