Seeing spots, cramps? Update
I'm 34.5 weeks and have been having weird symptoms the past few days -- cramps, lower back pain, and now I am seeing spots.
I feel generally ok, but the spot thing is sort of throwing me off a bit. I have a doc appointment tomorrow, but wondering if any of you ladies have had the same cluster of symptoms and if they're something I should be very concerned about.
Update: am headed to L&D for further testing. Fingers crossed all is ok!

I haven't had those symptoms, but I would be concerned about either dehydration or preeclampsia. I would give your doctor a call.

i had the spots several times--it was when my blood pressure got too low, apparently common in PG! give them a call, but i'm sure you are fine!

Glad you were able to move your appt. My Dr. said whenever I saw blood to call. Hope everything is ok

I saw spots alot at the end. It was all blood pressure related.

Thanks all for the support. My labs came back normal last night, so now I am doing the 24 hour urine collection, and I'm seeing my doc again on Tuesday. I'm to call him sooner, though, if the headache and spots return.
As uncomfortable as I am, I am hoping that the urine analysis comes back fine and LO can continue to cook these last few weeks!

Good luck! I've been having some issues with my vision during the last week. My blood pressure is a bit high and rising, but slowly. Thankfully my 24 hour came back fine so they're just watching it. Hopefully I go into labor soon on my own since I'm already 39+ weeks.
Hopefully things don't escalate and you can keep cooking a few more weeks!
