Seeing Santa...not a good experience!
My girls saw Santa twice. First time was at a Santa breakfast at my mom's school. Next time was the next day at the mall. Both times were AWFUL! Looking back I just feel awful, they were crying before they sat on his lap and I just walked away so they could take the picture

I went through the same thing last week...DS was great, but DD was hysterical! I picked her up calmed her down, and put her back on his lap...she went back to screaming. They took a bunch of pics, and they are kind of cute/funny.
But, I felt like I tortured her just for a pic!
The good news is that they won't remember
