Second lunch?
this has been a pretty hungry week for me. I'll eat a little something for breakfast (heartburn is a problem in the am) and then be ready for lunch right around noon, much earlier than before.
so now, at around this time, I am totally ready for another meal. 
I had a small soup and a half a wrap for lunch, so I am trying to figure out something else, not too big but not a waste either.
anyone else eat two lunches? I feel like a Hobbit 
I will also add that my dinners are usually pretty small, as my heartburn issues usually kick in again around 5/6 pm.

I usually eat some Kashi Heart to Heart (dry) and have a banana (if I haven't already eaten it in between breakfast & lunch!).

today my first lunch was pizza at 12:00 and 2nd lunch at 3:00 was a rice ball! Craving saucy food today I guess!

I usually eat a yogurt in the afternoon-- but my lunch period is at 10:45 in the AM (I'm a teacher). If I waited until 4 pm to eat again, I think I'd die!

I actually have two breakfasts! A bowl of cereal at around 6:30 the second I get up!!! Then when I get to work at around 9:30 I have an egg white omlette wrap!!
