Scary day
I turned on our stove today and thought it lit and then broke a glass and 15min later when DH and I were done cleaning that up we realized the whole house smelt of gas! I never turned the stove fully I'm just the gas was coming out!
No idea what to do so I called the fire dept bc the house reeked and 3 trucks showed up and a cop car' and an ambulance I got scared and was standing on front lawn crying and they tested my BP and it was180/100! So to play it safe I got a nice ambulance ride to the ER. I feel so stupid!!!!! But thankfully baby, myself and DH were all checked and are all ok. They ran a ton of tests
And when the FD went in the house they did a reading and while low it was still concerning. They hooked up a huge fan and it ventilated all.
How's that for pregnancy brain??? I've never felt so horrible before!

I did that once too (and I didnt even have preggo brain!) and the gas was on for like 3 hours when we were out! This was in my old apartment. My neighbors upstairs could smell the gas and we weren't home. We just opened all the windows and doors and let the place air out for the rest of the night and everything was fine. It is scary though because you never know. Always better to be cautious!

Wow! I'm so glad to hear ur ok!!! Pregnancy brain is totally real! I've been getting soooooo bad lately! I left the oven on once too... I feel so horrible for being so careless
