I've heard u have to be careful where u get it from because some of them can be fake.

We have two I got at Homegoods. Like previous poster, can't say if it works or not. Looks pretty.

I font know that it does much of anything. Dh has been a big proponent of Himalayan pink salt but even he is skeptical of the lamps. A few people I know how go to a salt room and they say if you go s few times it rally helps with congestion. There's one in bayport called salt haven.

I've had mine since Christmas and use it every night on my night table. I haven't noticed any difference in anything health related except it's very soothing to have on while I read at night.

I have one too and like the others, I'm not too sure if it's doing anything but I like it. There is also now a salt cave in Montauk that people swear by to help with various illnesses - I really have no idea how effective any of this is
