Vendor rave! Lamps Plus!
I ordered two lamps for our bedroom from them... one of the shades was damaged. I shot them an email stating it was damaged and I couldn't even just turn it around b/c the dent was opposite the seam...
So if I put the dent facing the wall, the seam would be showing...
Anyway, they replied saying to just chuck the shade and they're sending me a new one!!
I thought I was going to have to return the shade (PITA) or return the whole lamp (bigger PITA).
Great customer service!!
Also - they have a clearance center too online - it's returned merchandise - they say it's all been inspected and whatnot. Just thought I'd share.

great news!
i also have a lampsplus rave. was searching for oxblood red lamps on lampsplus yesterday and found the same lamp on bellacor for $50 less. i called lampsplus and they offered a 120%. price match.

I bought this guy (it's BEAUTIFUL in person)!!!!!!! It's a light blue color.

My mom and sister have bought from them and have always raved (and I'm pretty sure my mom had the same issue as you with a damaged item and they were great to work with).
