Sally Hansen Salon Effects - rave!
I picked up the "laced up" salon effects strips today and they are pretty cool!
It took less than 10 minutes to apply them, super easy and the look great! The box comes with 16 strips, two sets of 8 - a set for each hand in different sizes. Maybe I have smaller nails because matching the strips up to my nails was not perfect but close enough. We will see how long they last, the box says up to 10 days  yah, we'll see!
You simply peel the strip off, apply it to your nail and then file off the excess. Easy as that!

yes, tons of solids. there is no dark red/brown/maroon which I would have picked first. most of the colors are bright.

These are the greatest! I had denim a few weeks ago and now have leopard. Its easier to get them off if you put a saturated cotton pad on the nail first.
I put clear on top - lasts almost 2 weeks!

I've heard the solid colors aren't as good, though I haven't tried them myself. I have on laced up right now, too! lol! Since the strips are actual nailpolish they are kinda stretchy and if you're not careful, you can stretch it too much to fit your nail and then it looks almost patchy. Just something to keep in mind when you try the solids!
ETA: I've gotten them at Duane Reade or Rite Aid. They even had fun new Christmas ones at Duane Reade yesterday!
But they were out of the Halloween ones.

I have on the lace ones right now too!!
I really like them...so easy to apply and I also add a topcoat to "seal" all areas near cuticles.
Can't wait to get more...I hope they do some dark winter colors

I have been buying Nail Foils on Ebay, they are super cheap (like $1 a set) and they last for about a week.
If I had a dollar for everyone who asked me about my nails, I would be RICH RICH RICH!

I got the spider web ones for Halloween. Very cute but they chipped right away. I'm going to put a top coat to see if they'll last a few more days.

i have the laced up one on, just my ring fingers and the rest of my nails are black. Super cute! plus i used 1 strip for both nails bc my nail beds are small...
