Salary discussion with my boss....
I want to speak to my boss about my salary, I know the market price for my position and I am really underpaid (and overworked!!)...
can anyone give me any pointers or suggestions on how I should conduct this meeting?

times you met or exceeded expectations
beat deadlines
saved the company money
anything over & above your job description
