****Sad update
After a heartbeat last Friday, no heartbeat this morning. I couldn't believe it but I accept it .
There was a Hematoma around the fetal pole area so I'm waiting to hear from my primary RE about having a d&c tomorrow. This is probably what caused some bleeding last night.
I hope ill be ok and ill go on to have a happy healthy pregnancy.
Anyone else experience a Hematoma?

What causes a Hematoma and why would I not have a heartbeat because of it? I didn't feel a huge gush but I thought it was from the endomtrin.

I had a subchorionic hematoma in most of my pregnancies. It caused a loss twice, unfortunately. In my triplet pregnancy, I lost all 3 at once because if it. I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. You should speak to your doctor about blood thinners that could help prevent clots from forming.

I go back Thursday for a re-check so I will ask more questions then. I will most likely have a d&c on Friday then start over with the letrozole. I'm sorry you dealt with this more than once. Thank you and will keep you all posted.
