I haven't been there but wanted to send lots of Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon . Keep in mind your hormones are all over the place right now. Take some time for yourself, but I would try not to jump to any big (permanent) decisions too quickly.Chat Icon

YES YES AND YES.

I try to remind myself (during or right after the fight) that now is not the time to leave or make a decision about it.

I have proceeded by starting to make a list in my head, of what would happen if I were to leave... money in the bank, clothes I'd need, documents I'd want to have when I leave (I wouldn't rely on being able to get anything after the fact)... and where I would go. That way I am prepared if and when I do have to walk away.

You have to assess the situation though. Are you and/or the baby in danger at all? Is this fighting new or something that is just getting worse now that you are pregnant? Pregnant women have crazy hormones. But that doesn't mean DH isn't responsible for his end of things.

Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon hormones are crazy during pregnancy.....

I was listening to 96.7 klove on the way to work and they said there was a study on married people.....and that a big part of the marriages that survived was both parties being willing to compromise..

perhaps try a therapist or church counseling if unable to work things out between the two alone.

Re: sad question

I had one serious fight with DH and threatened to leave. Chat Icon
But, in my case, it was definitely the hormones!
I don't know what you fought about but give it a few days to cool off before you make that serious of a decision.Chat Icon
