I know this is only my first official month TTC but knowing 99% (AF hadn't arrived yet but the cramps have started) that I'm not preggo made me cry this morning. Trying to keep the dissapointment away from DH because he hates to see me sad. I was hoping I would get preggo first shot like 2 of my gfs did. Onto opks and temping next month.

Agree! Try not to be sad a very small number of people actually get pregnant their first month TTC. It's important to stay relaxed and optimistic

I have every pms symptom I usually have cramps and moodiness. Only things I don't have is the breakouts but that's probably bc I switched toners. I know AF is lurking.

I understand where you are coming from. It is hard not to be disappointed, but try not to compare yourself to others. It will make you go crazy. 2 of my DF were pregnant 1x trying and I would love to be too. BUT, it doesn't always happen like that.

Those are all early pregnancy symptoms too though. You never know until AF shows.

Please do not feel sad. Its extremely rare that a woman can get pregnant on the first shot. Keep in mind that with a perfectly healthy couple and timing intercourse correctly there is only a 20% chance of pregnancy each month. Stay positive
