i see my workout log thread i started and SOOOOOOOOO miss working out and being fit.
i hope i can get my pre-preg body back one day. it just took so much work and now with a baby, i cant workout like i used to

I went through the same thing - trust me - I remember thinking I would never be a fitness instructor again! And now I am and honestly, I think my body looks better than it did before I got pregnant! Yes, I had Cailen 2.8 years ago, but still - if you continue with your heathy life style, get back to doing what you can with working out, and be consistent, your body will definitely get back into shape. Going back to working out after baby was very discouraging and frustrating for me. But, you WILL get there again!!! I promise!!!!

Don't be sad! You'll get there. After DS #1 was born, I actually worked my *** off (literally) and was in the best shape of my life when I got pg with DS #2. Now I'm back to working it all off again. It's hard to do with a baby but you find ways to make it work. We're all here to support you.

I feel your pain! It's hard to find time right now with the baby and work and my body doesn't feel the same since the birth of Reilly, my joints are just so stiff and in pain all the time. I push myself to workout because I will be miserable if I don't but I pay for it after!

i know me too! i made a schedule hung it up on the fridge and told my DH if he wants his sexy wife he has to tolerate me going to the gym 4x a week. i hate leaving DD & DH, i would love to spend that time with them but at teh same time i know that if we're going to be ttc baby #2 at the end of the year, i cant add extra weight to what i havent lost yet. its a looooong journey

I'm due in 2-3 months and I'm afraid of the same thing! I lost 30lbs about 4 years ago and I did it by going to the gym 5-6x a week for at least an hour and maintained with at least 4x a week cardio after work. I just wont' have that kind of time anymore and HATE working out in the morning and it scares me.
