Ryan started rice cereal 8/20 and hasn't pooped since 8/23...
Should I do something? He honestly doesn't seem too uncomfortable - but it'd have to be, no? I switched to oatmeal yesterday and still nothing!

Rice can be very binding. I gave my DD the Organic Whole Grain Oatmeal.

When Lucas was sick I put him on the BRAT diet which included rice cereal and he was so constipated...so I stopped. Took a few days but everything returned back to normal. I never gave rice cereal when he first started so we never had this problem - so I blammed the rice.

this is why I skipped rice cereal all together. Give it another day to work its way out. You could also try an ounce or two or prune juice with an ounce of water.

I switched to oatmeal yesterday so he has had it 3x so far.
I hope it's today or tomorrow that he gets relief b/c DH is with him - I'm sure that's not going to be a fun diaper change
