RSofNY Stonybrook RAVE
I just want to say that I absolutely LOVE Fran (she's a nurse) at RSofNY of Stonybrook.
I had an issue I was kind of confused about and when she called me with my blood, she spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me and I am not confused now.
She's the best!

I normally go to the West Islip office but I do my IUI's in Stonybrook.....Fran has always been very kind when I've dealt with her. She's a doll. I know there's another nurse that's not as nice to some patients...but Fran is awesome

do you know her name? I think you may mean a nurse practicioner...

OO its the nurse practioner Dawn. I dont like her either. Fran and susan (the other np) are awesome - so is emily etc.. they are all awesome except dawn LOL

Oh I liked her a lot. Actually I didn't have any issues with anyone up there, I was very pleased with everyone

I always loved Fran. DH and I ran into her at stop and shop over the summer and she was so sweet. It was weird seeing her not in scrubs!

That's funny. I like Dawn, but Susan is a little iffy sometimes. Fran is great.
Someone should print out this thread and hand it to her. We're all anonymous anyway.

Fran is my hero! She was always so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. After I had my son via IVF I wrote Dr. San Roman a letter and told him in it how much I loved Fran! I hope he understands how great she is.
