RSOFNY "drop off"
At RSOFNY mineola does dh have to drop off his own sample for an IUI or can I drop it off without him?

I believe your dh has to be there Bc they require photo id.

I have dropped off his sample for him...I believe that you have to have his id on file already and the consents have to be signed plus you have to have your id as well...I would double check cause its been a while since I did an IUI there

He would have had to sign a consent form for you to drop off the sample.

You can drop it off as long as he has already signed the consents for you to do so.

There is a consent he should have signed that they should have on file that gives you permission to drop it off

if he signs the consent than you can drop it off...just call ahead and let them know he is not coming and they can speak to him on the ohone to be sure :)

I was able to drop off after consents were signed but I had to bring his ID with me (at Stony Brook).
