Royal Caribbean cruise excursion question
DH and I are flying in and out of Miami the same day as the cruise departs and arrives.
There is an excursion called, "Hop on Hop off tour with Airport Drop off". It's pretty self-explanitory. They also take your luggage for you and and transfer it to the airport ahead of you and keep it in storage or something.
Has anyone done anything like this before? I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to do this and book a later flight or just skip it.
TIA

Royal Caribbean cruise excursion question
I'm trying to decide the same thing, except in Ft Lauderdale. When I was in Puerto Rico for a cruise, we had a later flight and did an excursion where they took your luggage and dropped you later at the airport, and that worked pretty well. Our issue is flight times as well. There is no reasonably priced flight at the "right" time. We will either just go with the early afternoon flight, and spend a while at the airport, or do something like you are looking at. Good luck with your decision, and enjoy your cruise!

Re: Royal Caribbean cruise excursion question
Personally, I'd skip it.
I'm always eager to get on the ship, explore a bit and get settled before she sails. If she sails at 4pm, you can usually get on about 11:30 or 12:00.
After the cruise ends, I just want to get home. The whole process of getting up early to get off and thru customs is exhausting enough without having to do something "extra" before heading to the airport.
