St. Thomas - Underwater BOB, St. Maarten - anything that is a boat ride to Pinel Island. I've never been to the Bahamas so can't help there.

Re: Eastern caribbean cruise excursions....
In the Bahamas we love the Atlantis. We got a day pass so we can use the pools, see The Dig, etc. Then before we go back to the ship we are stopping at the Pirate Museum for DS
In St.Thomas we went to Coral World and then Coki Beach.

Re: Eastern caribbean cruise excursions....
In Bahamas, they offered a Dolphin Experience at Atlantis - A lot of money - but worth every penny.
In St. Thomas - we went shopping then a tour of the island which we got when we were in town.

Re: Eastern caribbean cruise excursions....
St. Thomas we did an excursion to Magen's Bay then went up to Paradise Point for snacks/drinks.
Never been to St. Maarten.
First time we went to Nassau, we did an excursion to Breezes where we got a day pass to use their facilities. Not sure if they do that anymore through the cruiselines.
We went to Nassau again in September and DH really wanted to do Atlantis. We thought it was ridiculously overpriced for what we got. It cost us about $300 and the first hour was basically just walking around while they give you a tour of the place. Then we spent like 30 minutes looking at the map and trying to figure out how to get to the lockers and then to the lazy river. I stayed on the lazy river just about the entire day which was fun but not worth the money. I don't like water slides and we got lost trying to find the Dig and the other parts of the aquarium. We didn't have the time to see everything.

Re: Eastern caribbean cruise excursions....
Which cruiseline are you taking? Some of them do different excursions.
For St Thomas - I have enjoyed the trips to St John - Trunk bay is a great one if you like to snorkel - it is an under water preserve.
I also have done several different catamaran trips to buck island - I did some great snorkeling there - and one trip saw a nurse shark.

For St. Thomas - do a trip to St. John. It is unbelievably beautiful there.
I do also love St. Thomas though so if you've never been, its a great island. You don't really need to do excursions if you don't want to - you can take a taxi into town and then take a taxi to one of the beautiful beaches - Magen's Bay is amazing.
