Round Ligament Pain
Is SO painful after running! I ran 3 miles Saturday and spent the rest of the day literally limping around.
Does this last throughout the rest of the pregnancy now?

Re: Round Ligament Pain
I shouldve said that I ran all the time prepregnancy and so the dr's said it was fine to continue, and its really a light jog, Im not even breaking 11 minute miles so its really slow.
But yes, I think I'll have to switch to walking if thats how Im going to feel afterwards. Not worth it.

I run with my dog every morning about the same pace as you, but never had ligament pain after running... I am 18 wks now.
I would def take it easy on the runs if your body is reacting that way. Also make sure you are very hydrated before you go - it's getting hot out there!

Your doctor said it would be okay so you should be fine. I agree maybe taking it easier with your runs or not going as hard so you're not sore is definitely the way to go.
