Romantic Restaurant ??

Want to go somewhere romantic for wedding anniversary dinner..any recomendations in the merrick, seaford, wantagh area?
By romantic i mean, a little dark and cozy with good food..a place where a family with kids would not go.
Any suggestions?

Do you have a budget?? If not definitely try IL Mulino in Roslyn. A litle farther than you wanted but cozy, romantic And really good!!! Just a little pricey

We've always enjoyed Cara Mia in Seaford.

While I definitely consider this to be a restaurant I would NOT take my 2 year-old to, I have observed children there on occasion.

If you can go later on in the evening (after 8PM) you'd probably be better off.

Hudson's Mill is also decent and I've been dying to try the new tapas place in Massapequa, Salumi. There's been a lot of good reviews on here.

I've heard great things about Vittorio's in Amityville as well.

Bellisimo's in Amityville also has the kind of atmosphere you are looking for IMO and I liked the food when we went there.

Vine Wine Bar in Merrick? It's a little different, but it's delicious!

Vittorio's in Amityville (By far my Favorite resturant on Long Island. You will defintely not be disappointed....
