Robbed by a Redneck - A True Story...
Yup, it's true, we were robbed by rednecks last night. They broke into my truck, my husband's work truck and our car.
They took the following:
A few sweatshirts
A flannel quilted jacket
A pair of work gloves
That's it.
What can I say? We don't have the brightest theives here in good old Rocky Point.
The thing that p isses me off the most is that I HEARD them and dismissed it as one of our neighbors coming home. They're college aged so it's not far out of the realm of normal for someone to be getting out of their car around midnight.
Apparently, I was mistaken.

I don't know. But surprisingly, I've been pretty zen about the whole thing. My attitude is if that's what they took, then they needed it more than me, so let them have it.

No, not really.
I've had something stolen from my house and my dh caught the kids and they had a bunch of things in their car (even though they would not admit they were doing a scavenger hunt, it was obvious).

No, not really.
I've had something stolen from my house and my dh caught the kids and they had a bunch of things in their car (even though they would not admit they were doing a scavenger hunt, it was obvious).
Holy cow!  Well, then I guess maybe it could have been for a scavenger hunt.
At least they didn't take anything of significance.
