Roasted broccoli/burnt broccoli
I'm going to try this tonight. Just wondering though, does the broccoli stay very crispy? I like mine a little more on the softer side when I boil it, so I was thinking to maybe blanch it first? What do you recommend?

The very tips of the florets get crispy, and it gets a wonderful flavor, but the rest of it is nice and soft. If you blanch it, the water won't allow the tops to really get crispy.
