gross, I know. I guess they tell you not to drink when you're watching your weight for a few reasons...
#1 b/c you totally lose your defenses! oh well, I'm allowed to have a binge night every once in awhile, right?

For me-- alcohol i the devil when it comes to dieting.
At least you had wine and not like a mixed drink or something.
Just try to work a little harder tomorrow-- and don't drink over the weekend to make up for it.
