RNP and sleep sack
So I got sleep sacs and swaddles for sleeping at night - but if I use the rnp then I can't buckle the straps. How did you keep LO warm if they slept in the rnp?

I never buckled my newborn into the RNP, it's deep enough that I didn't think she could go anywhere. If that doesn't work for you, put your DC in a fleece one piece and tuck a blanket around them.

I didn't buckle it when DD slept in it overnight (she slept in it from newborn to 12 weeks). What I did was put a blanket under her and then wrap it around her body, if that makes sense. There was no way it could migrate up to her face since she was laying on it.

I never used straps. They cant get out especially swaddled. I dont even use it now. I need to though b/c my girls are starting to roll and DD tried getting out of the bouncer tonight (strapped in)

Didn't use the straps because when she did use it she was so small she couldn't move and she slept right next to my bed. But I used a blanket...
