So, I haven't watched in a few seasons, but figured I'd start this season since they're bringing in some fresh characters.

Thoughts?

Funny to see some women from Colts Neck bc that's the next town over and interested to see if I know anyone (highly doubt it though) and if they go to any local stores.

Like to see Melissa and Teresa getting along.

I just want to point out that not ALL Italians are as trashy as the people on this show. I'm embarrassed for these fools.

The twins...OMG what low lives. I'm sorry but its just pathetic IMO when woman try to act like they don't age...you're 40 something (although you look like you're in your 50's) acting like a 20 something. It comes across as desperate.

How rude was Te RESSA when they were leaving Amber's party and she was looking for her shawl and said 'that f-king little kid took my shawl' - talking about Amber's son. I would have bitched slapped the botox out of her face.

Her DH Rino - make take the crown as biggest douche on RH history.

Amber - they must have been giving out diplomas from Columbia the day she graduated "etiquette-cy'

Dina - I'm glad she is back and possibly going to put the twins in their places this year -I like how she said 'no one is that ******* zen' when talking about having to like everyone and meeting them for the first time.

Teresa - sad that they are trying to get the audience to feel sorry for what they brought upon themselves. On one hand I think she should not be here this season, she should be focusing on their issues. On the other I guess someone needs to make the $$

Melissa - she comes across as classy next to the new members which does not say much IMO.

My final thought = This show just proves that money CANNOT buy you class. This entire cast seems so desperate compared to the others.

^^^ I totally agree with all of that. And nobody thinks all Italians are like that. All these shows take the worst of the demographic, but that's not the majority.

I cringed every time Teresa said I can't believe this is happening to me. Why is this happening to me. Umm you did this. You defrauded these banks. You knew what you were doing you're just sorry you got caught. And when they were in the car to ambers party she said I beg everyone else is going through this it's just bc I'm in the spotlight. No, I'm pretty sure not everyone has 40 counts against them.

i refuse to watch and listen to theresa deny what she's done over and over again. I just wish they would put her idiot husband in jail already......

I agree with everything said already. I did feel really badly for poor Gia though. She seemed so upset in every scene and she shouldn't have to carry the burden of her parents being idiots. She seems so worried.

This is one of my guilty pleasures and even though the new girls are annoying, I'm watching.

Felt bad for Gia and only her. She looks so sad and worried. That has to be so scary to think your parents may go to jail.

The twins are beyond annoying.

Who thinks Melissa and Joe knew exactly what Teresa and her husband where doing. They may even been doing some of the same things. Just didn't get caught yet. Maybe that's why they sold the house.

Haha, the twins are from Brooklyn and I went to the same high school as them (they were seniors when I was a freshman). Nonetheless, still won't watch the show (never did).

The Gorgas sold their house bc "they didn't want their kids to be in the same school as Teresa's". That probably translates to they couldn't keep up with their mortgage.

The ending with Joe's G's dad was so sad.
I hate that they're making viewers pity Teresa this season!

Looks like its going to be a good season. I can't even watch NY OR OC anymore so I am glad i liked this yeah these women are tacky and trashy but its fun to watch

Jersey is still my favorite housewives show. I don't know what to think of Amber. I feel bad of course about the cancer but not sure yet if I like her or not. As much as Jacqueline and Caroline annoyed me I feel like the show isn't the same without them.

What theresa is putting her kids through sickens me. I believe Gia genuinely believes they're innocent. It's sad that she will grow up to learn the truth...or she'll be forever be in denial about what the government has done to her parents a la Victoria Gotti.

I never liked Dina in the first season, lets see if she grows on me. Hated Theresa and the why is this happening to me is so pathetic.

My friends who knew Theresa from Paterson, says she was always dingy.

I always liked Melissa and Joe, but I think she is a little liar.

Umm yeah because all of us ordinary people pay $100k CASH for gaudy furniture on TV. That's perfectly normal, it's a real surprise you're in so much trouble.

What really bothered me is Theresa saying that because of her attorney bills she has nothing saved for Gia or the other girls and college. Now they've been cheating the system since 2001 (allegedly), and we've seen Theresa's many displays of fake boobs, plastic surgery, various beauty treatments, vacations, jewelry...She couldn't have saved 100k, 50k, 30k even to add to her girls educations? Maybe the next time she spends 1k+ on a pair (or 10 pairs) of Louboutins she should think about it better spent?

I only caught the last 15 minute and I just cried for poor Gia. Her parents are idiots and she's suffering because of them.

I have to say that I'm not really excited for this season. The new girls seem trashy and I'm going to miss Caroline, Jacqueline, and even Kathy.

I'm still going to watch though.

I have to watch and believe it or not, DH watches this one with me! LOL. We were doing a lot of these . I miss Jacqueline, she was my favorite! I feel soooooooooooo bad for Gia, poor kid. I like Melissa + Joe so far, but I've always been Team Gorga. LOL.

Wendy Williams showed the clip of Gia crying to Teresa... I wanted to punch Teresa in her contoured face! First of all for having such an adult phone conversation in front of her daughter. Secondly, for never thinking of her daughters before she committed multiple acts of felony.

I watched and teared up with Gia. Teresa and Joe did this to themselves and need to face the consequences but its nice to see genuine emotion from her parents for their kids. There are hearts under their doucheness. As for the twins and Amber...tackkkkkyyyyy.
