RHOBH- Naming your kids weird names
My DH and I were talking about this last night.
I always wonder, when naming a child, how do you think their name is going to look at the top of a resume? Too many people in a hiring position will absolutely pre judge based on a name alone.
There is a new wife on Real Housewives of BH. She named her poor kids Mysteri, Destiny and Cross.
Think about having your child's name at a top of a resume. Cross Gebbia.
Mysteri Gebbia. Its hard to take a resume seriously with names like that.
Sorry. I feel bad for those kids.

I equate her to the girls/women who wear like "juicy" across their asss and then get mad or offended when they catch a guy staring at their asss.
It's fine she chose to name her kids original names, but I don't think she should get as mad or offended as she does when people do double take when they hear it. She just likes conflict IMO.

There is a documentary called "Freakonomics" that has a entire segment directed at the impact a name has on someone. It's really interesting.

a friend of mine said she was having a convo with her students and somehow got on the subject of weird names... and one kid said they know someone whose name is pronounced Nina, but spelled NINJA... the J is silent... thats an awful thing to do to a girl lol
