Reusable food pouches

Anyone use them?

I just bought some from amazon and now I'm wondering what to put in them. Any ideas or tips?

i was using them but the zip-lock strips on each of them ended up breaking after a few months of use (probably because of the dishwasher, though they claimed to be dishwasher safe)

i was using them when DS was just starting on mushed foods so i had all sorts of baby food in there.

For older kids, i'd probably stick with apple sauce (or other fruit sauces) and/or yogurts.

Bumping for any other ideas. So far I tried yogurt just to test it out and she wouldn't eat it even though she eats it fine with a spoon.
