reusable cloth food shopping bags
does anyone know where i can buy bags that are sturdy and of a decent size? i've seen them in catalogs but i was wondering if there is any place i can buy them. the ones in the food stores are o.k. but i would like something that would last a while. i'm trying to reduce my carbon footprint.

i don't have them but my friend does. she even bought their insulated bag and that thing looks indestructible.

I was there today. they have a few different kinds, including a canvas kind in red.

We bought ours from ecobags.com. Very fast delivery and the bags are nice and hold a lot of groceries.

I have family upstate, so I bought 3 from Wegman's Grocery Stores. I LOVE THAT STORE! Anyways, their bags are great and keep shape and have been able to hold about 20 lbs groceries in them.
I also have one from Waldbaum's and it's worked very well for me, including for apple picking.

Where are you loctated? I have a bunch of pretty good ones leftover from my wedding that I'll gladly give you.
We have one from Stop and Shop that I just love. The others (like that one) were all free. I refuse to buy those LOL It's easy enough to get them free onlnie :D
