Returning damaged item at BRU
Anyone returned something damaged to BRU with a receipt and was able to get a replacement? I have a mini diaper bag that I have only used twice and the strap broke!  I want to get a new one but not sure if they will take the damaged one.

someone got us a toychest from there and it was missing peices and damaged. we didnt hav the receipt and already threw out the box bc we put it togethrt. we called bru in bohemia and they gave us the peices we were missing off their floor model.
those were wrong for some reason - bru gave us the manufacturer # and the toychest was completely replaced.
try calling bru - the one in bohemia is always accomodating

Personally, I would call the manufactuer, yes, the product came from BRU, but it isn't their product (unless it is their brand)

You should be able to return it. If not, you should contact the manufacturer.
