Returning a broken Keurig to BBB
For those who have returned or exchanged a broken used Keurig to BBB, did they give you a brand new one? Can you get a store credit instead? Do you need proof of purchase?

I returned one that was literally 4 years old. No receipt. No proof of purchase. No box. You name it, I didn't have it.
They gave me a credit of what it was worth and I bought a new one.

BUT I recently heard they are changing their return policies.
I wonder if too many people got wind of this.....
I did hear that it's more legwork but often Keurig will send you a new one, because they make most of their dollars of KCups anyway...

I returned mine a few months back, it old. Realized later that it hadn't even been purchased at BBB! They took it right back. I opted for store credit.

I returned a vacuum that I dint even buy there for the exact same model. No box or receipt, nothing. They didn't even run it through the register or take my info or anything. They are very lenient!

I returned mine- no box, no receipt. It was at least 2-3 years old. I was able to either get a new one or store credit.

If it's a model they've sold in their store they will take it back and give you store credit for what it's being sold for today
