Return of 1st tri symptoms at end and GD ?

So I hit 36 weeks last Wed (woo hoo!!!) Thursday and Friday I saw the return of morning sickness. MS (or all day) sickness was consistent throughout first and beg of 2nd tri and then just occasionally. Today I had a bloody nose. This has happened since first tri. All my early symptoms are returning. Everyone keeps telling me he has dropped, I can't tell. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be a sign labor may happen soon? Also for those of you with GD, I have heard it gets worse as you get to the end. Mine has gotten better. My endo said I was losing too much weight so I upped my carbs and my numbers were fine. Also, on Friday I forgot my insulin at home and didn't have it for breakfast and lunch and my numbers were fine. Could GD go away before the end? TIA

I really don't know the answers to any of your questions lol. My numbers seem the same. But I just wanted to tell you I feel your pain, I've been throwig up again too.
