Restless leg syndrome
Has anyone ever had this before? In the middle of the night I woke up because I thought I had a charlie horse. No big deal I know how to make this go away. Well, it didn't go away and the pain just got worse to the point where I was HYSTERICAL crying. Poor DH thought I was having the baby in bed. I was finally able to tell him it was my left calf. It was the worse pain I ever felt in my life. Is this restless leg syndrome?

Restless leg syndrome
Unfortunately that sounds like it was just a horrible cramp. Restless leg to me feels more like pulses in my legs that won't go away no matter what I do.

I agree. Restless leg syndrome is hard to describe but it's not painful. For me it feels like my legs are just uncomfortable and I have to keep moving them but they just won't get comfortable.

Ita, and it turned out my rls was due to low iron. Try upping your potassium with bananas or coconut water

ITA. It's very common in pregnancy, especially in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters as your body is adjusting to carrying more weight. It happens to me, too. Just have your DH massage your muscle until the cramp comes out. They are very painful, but if he massages it, it shouldn't last longer than maybe 30 seconds.
