Restaurants with private room for 15 people..
any recommendations for places in Nassau that will have a private room for parties of 15-20?

I think McQuades in Lynbrook has a separate room. So does Allias Smith in Oceanside

Not sure what kind of food you want, but Sergio's in Massapequa has a seperate room, and prices are reasonable too. It's Italian.

Not a private room but somewhat separate....7th st cafe in GC.
They have a private room (I've had lots of parties there), but I think the minimum is 25 people.
ETA - If it's a weekday party or something, they might accomodate a smaller party. It's worth calling.

Be careful with this place. They "lost" my baby shower reservation and my MIL found out the day before. They also never ordered the cake or other things they were supposed to have.
Not looking to start drama......but we did have a bad experience with them, because they were apparently quite rude to my family when THEY were the ones who screwed up.

Me too. My shower was there and also DDs christening. I know for the amt of 15-20 they can give you their separated but not totally private side room.
Their basement room,which is their only fully private room, is probably way too large for your party. But give them a call if it works for you.

Milleridge Inn in Jericho has lots of seperate rooms for all sizes even bigger family dinners.
