reselling breast pumps?
Whats the deal with reselling breast pumps? Do people do it? I have an ameda purely yours ultra with the box with most of the supplies that I want to get rid of. I only used it for about 10 days since I renting a hospital grade pump straight out of the hospital I only used it a short time because my girls finally learned how to latch. I think when I was shopping for pumps they said the ameda was safe to re sell because it was a closed system and all you would need to do is change the tubing but it's been almost 2 years since I researched I might be remembering wrong? The instructions said it is a personal hygeine product and shouldn't be shared or used but i think they all say that except for the hospital ones.
Amazon has them listed for $250. It seems such a shame to just toss it. Have you ever bought or sold a breast pump?

Yes Ameda is a closed system. But people buy used Medela's all the time and that's an open system. List it for sale--worst case nobody buys it!

I just saw some on CL for about $100 used. Just didn't want to get in trouble for selling used personal hygiene products ya know?
