Reheating Mac and Cheese?
I just made and baked a batch of mac and cheese for dinner and realized I probably should not baked it until later... Do I now put it in the fridge and then rebake it? Is it going to be oooey and gooey? Tell me I didnt eff it up

not sure if it will be ooey and gooey, but the one I make, I LOVE it reheated...may even like it better reheated than fresh!

I always bake, refrigerate, reheat. You have nothing to worry about.
If it's not creamy enough for you, add some milk before you rebake it.
